Nancy Chou is a transformative leader in education, specializing in the development of innovative learning solutions that integrate advanced technologies and human-centered design. As the Chief Learning Officer at edsUP, she pioneers competency-based, micro online learning experiences that are scalable and impactful. Her role emphasizes building dynamic teams and leading strategic initiatives that enhance educational delivery and effectiveness.

With over two decades of experience, Nancy has significantly influenced educational practices at notable institutions, including Arizona State University and Southern New Hampshire University. Her leadership at ASU Local led to marked improvements in student engagement and retention, setting new standards for educational programs. She is also recognized for her collaborative efforts with global partners like the Pearson Foundation with whom she led innovative educational innovations in Tanzania and Venezuela.

Nancy holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Education from UC Berkeley and an M.Ed from UCLA. Beyond her professional achievements, she is an active board member at the New Village Girls Academy in Los Angeles, where she continues to advocate for innovative, inclusive education systems.
